Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post or selected courier partners

  • Standard delivery timeframes are estimated at 3-7 business days
  • Express shipping is not currently available

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 7-10 business days
  • United Kingdom/United States: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Asia: approximately 7-10 business days
  • Middle East: approximately 7-10 business days

International express shipping is not currently available

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, local regulations or circumstances outside our control.

Shonen Society is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather events, carrier disruptions, industrial action or customs delays.

Warehouse Fulfilment and Split Shipments

  • Orders may be dispatched from our Australian, United States or European warehouse depending on product availability
  • Limited drop items are typically dispatched from our Australian warehouse
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels
  • Separate tracking numbers may be issued for split shipments
  • Warehouse locations and fulfilment routes are subject to change without notice
  • Dispatch times may be extended during peak sale periods, product launches or promotional events

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and apply per order, not per shipment.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after dispatch
  • Shonen Society is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in carrier tracking updates

Currency and International Checkout

  • International customers may shop using their local currency by selecting the preferred currency from the website header
  • If your currency is not available, transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • All charges are processed at the exchange rate determined by your payment provider

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost
  • Shonen Society is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional charges
  • Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns or abandonment of the shipment. Any costs incurred in these circumstances are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible
  • Claims may require supporting information such as photos or confirmation from the carrier
  • Shonen Society will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution

Delivery Responsibility

  • Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, as confirmed by the carrier
  • Shonen Society is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.
  • If a parcel is lost or undelivered, please contact our Customer Experience team and we will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution
  • Delivery to PO Boxes or parcel lockers may be available depending on the carrier selected. Delivery timeframes may vary

Incorrect Address Details

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
  • Shonen Society is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

Returned to Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery or failure to pay customs charges, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
